Culinary way of St. James

Hiking with a hefty serving of culinary delights

The Paznaun Valley has been a member of the Genussregion Österreich since 2007. The best-selling product is the Paznauner Almkäse. But there are also regional versions of bacon, sausages, honey and much more for sale. Gourmet chefs spoil you with regional delicacies. Definitely a treat for every palate!

12. July – 13. July 2024

PIUT – Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail

In summer 2024, the Silvrettarun 3000 will become the first ultra trail in Paznaun. It will celebrate its premiere with the name PIUT (Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail) from 12 to 13 July.

The PIUT leads runners through the Paznaun on four different routes with great views.

Ischgl Ironbike festival

Multiple-day festival featuring a side programm of events & attractive racing formats

From beginner to high-end marathon pro: the Ischgl Ironbike offers the right challenge for everyone. We invite you to hearty driveways, demanding single track, fantastic Silvretta views and sparkling racing atmosphere!

51. INT. SILVRETTA FERWALL MARCH

Especially families with children of all ages enjoy this wonderfol event format. The treasure hunt at the family route is really popular among the little hikers and obtaining the silver or bronze medal is the big goal for them. For all hikers, the impressive mountain landscape of Ferwall and Silvretta, the alpine flora and fauna and the common fun of hiking, is the reason to take part at this summer highlight of the Galtür.

E-Bike World Cup for Everyone

“Everyone is a winner – everyone can become e-bike world champion”. Whether you’re a serious cyclist or you ride just for fun, we invite you to participate in the first E-Bike World Cup open to the public—an event for everyone, known in Austria as “Jedermann”.

This event also gives guests and participants the opportunity to try out the latest trends in e-biking and learn more about this fascinating sport.
